what can I do when x got a set over but her attorney never advised me of the date, she said she emaled it but I never received it.. But I sure received the email for dismissal, as a now show

You can file a motion for relief from a judgment of dismissal based on the grounds of excusable neglect under ORCP 71. Good luck,
