Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon
My boyfriend and I both got citations for not wearing floating devices in Oregon, we are from Washington. But on my boyfriends citation he has 2 floating devices, and on mine, the officer did not even put an offense, but he signed it. Also I didn't know my address very well, and I told him somewhat wrong, mostly correct, I figured if I showed up it wouldn't matter.
