Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

We are representing ourselves in pro per. Need help with structure of summary motion for judgment re: timber theft, fair trade practices act, contract dispute, etc. Also want to pursue treble damages due to"malice and aforethought".

You are probably asking for more help than you can possibly get on this site. Nor is there an established organization for providing free legal services for a claim such as yours.

If your claim is worth any significant amount of money (say $30,000), you can probably find an attorney to take it on a contingency basis. They provide an initial consultation visit for you at no charge, and they usually take cases on a "contingency" basis, which means that you do not have to pay them, unless they succeed in obtaining money for you.
