AOA! My wife gt khullah from me 1 year back from court.Now she wants to come back home and willing to llive wid me. plz tell me is it possible fr her to cum back home as my wife widout marrying some other guy .Also tell me refernce in islamic and pakistani law for remarriage .

yes, that s possible . Khula is considered as one Talaq in shariah.

not possible.. Khulla is one talaq but with the passage of 90 days it becomes irrevocable. Brother go for a new girl otherwise it might be zina.

Yes You can re marry with her any time, only fresh Nikkah is requirement. No intervene marriage is required . as Halala (marriage with third person) is punishment for men if he divorce her wife and not for Khula.Its totally wrong if some one say that u cant marry her again .
