Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I was a 10 yr employee of an agency taking care of mentally challenged adults. No complaints about job performance or disciplinary actions in that time. My employer is recruiting families for their lifesharing/adult foster care program..I signed on as a provider in January and was told there was no conflict of interest and I could work in the group homes & be a provider. I was state lisenced for foster care June 5, 2009. The 1st client was moved to my home June 3 and the 2nd was to be moved in June 15. After the 1st lady moved in I began recieving harrassing phonecalls, unreasonable demands, slanderous accusations. June 6th I was called in to a meeting with exec. director who told me I could no longer work there unless my daughter, who was never an employee, took their training courses & my husband who lives in another county, could never set foot in my house. And that I spoke to my clients' county caseworkers and am not allowed to. They also said that I would never ever get the 2nd foster care client...they wouldnt allow it...'you cant have her, she not moving with you!' I was forced to resign as my work environment had become hostile and unreasonable; contingent upon the unreasonable requirements of others, and I couldn't get the foster Client I wanted, who was approved by the agency, county and state. They then tried to trick me into signing a breach of contract, which was bogus..there was no breach...was told to sign just to show I read it. After I refused to sign it...they began calling area agencies, county offices and state licensing office, making incriminating and slanderous accusations...telling them I was unfit for foster care, my license should be revolked...that I had persons with multiple felonies staying in my home, that b/c of my fulltime jobs I couldnt care for clients...etc. I am lucky I know alot of people in my line of work and am contacted by many daily relaying and questioning the many accusations. I then contacted other people I use to work with there who became involved in the adult fostercare program and left abruptly. They reported that the same thing happened to them. They were forced to leave, then the agency began calling local, county and state agencies telling them these people shouldnt be allowed to do foster care...they are dangerous, criminals, psychotic, mentally ill. Their goal seems to be to destroy our credibility & reputations to keep us from ever providing foster care or obtaining employment in our fields, ever again. To destroy our incomes/livelyhood. This has to stop. Can I or Several of us as a group file a lawsuit against this agency...slander, defamation of character, fraud...? We are good citizens doing a great service by providing a family home for those with developemental disabilities. It is so stressful and upsetting to have people who are out to get you and destroy you.
