child being expelled from catholic school

My son was expelled from catholic school. The Policy book reads you may be expelled after investigation. The Pastor of my son school called me at 10:45PM to tell me not to send my son to school the next day. He based his judgement on a one sided conversation with a parent. I also took my daughter out of that school and put her in another catholic school, my son is now attending public school. The Principal of the former school cared to share my son's personal information with my daughter's school is this a violation of my privacy? Isn't it wrong to kick a child out of school when the truth has not been established? The truth is false accusation can really devistate a child's life.

You have very limited rights in a Catholic school. You do not have Constitutional protection on due process issues--you gave them up when you took your child out of public school. You would only be able to argue contract--that they somehow violated some agreement you had with them. Not likely to succeed.
