Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

First Amendment rights specific to websites and personal opinion

I intend to create a website that details my dissatisfaction with an attorney that previously represented me. So long as I preface my comments with, ''In my opinion'' and am factual with my recounting of what transpired can he, i.e., my former attorney take legal action against me or am I protected under the First Amendment?

Bad Idea. Even if couched as opinion, it may be defamatory, or otherwise damaging. You will get sued, and even if you win, you'll probably end up paying lots of lawyer's fees, and it will take a year or more of your life to deal with the consequences.

Make your complaints to the Bar association, and trust in Karma to take care of the rest.

Don't do it. If you are upset with your former attorney go to the Disciplinary Board of the PA Supreme Court.
