Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania construction laws

During the construction on my home the contractor turned the electric on and I was billed for this expense. In my records there is no paper with my signature authorizing this procedure. What are my legal right on this.

I would have to see your contract in order to provide a real answer. However, unless your contract provides otherwise, it is the owner who is customarily responsible for utilities during construction.
