Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, I bought a car (Mitsubishi 2005 Evol) from Colonial Subaru which was misrepresented. Second day after I took the car home the engine and SRS (airbag system) lights came on. I took the car back to the dealer (they refuse from the begining to give me even 3 days warranty because they said that the car is perfect). I called the salesperson before taking car back to them and by phone he said to me that he mentioned from the begining (this is a lie) that the car's engine blew up. How should I decide to buy a car in this condition? I put a $5K down payment. I wanted this car for my son for his 21st year birthday next year. I can not put his life in risk ! Dealer gave me the car without PA inspection. On the papers that I signed for loan car the name is different: instead of Mitsubishi Evol 2005 is says Mitsubishi Endover 2005. I can't take this car and make monthly payments for $420.00 for 5-6 years. The dealer refuses to cancel the contract and give me the $5k back. What should I do in this situation?

Thanks in advance for your advise.

Regards,
