Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I am being sued by my credit card company for $7000. I was recently placed on permanant disability and have been living check-to-check. The reason I was places on disability is major depressive disorder and severe memory loss. I barely recall this credit card company, have no idea what I purchased and have no knowledge of any debt collection activitys.
