Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Need some help

Hello. I was on ARD for theft 2 years ago. I signed a letter a few months back to get an extension so I could pay restitution. I got a letter in the mail to appear in court in November. When I told them I signed a letter for extension they let me go.Then a get the same letter one month later to appear in court. I don't know what's going on. Obviously I don't have the full restitution to pay. Would just taking a few hundred dollars with me be good enough or do I need to take a public defender with me? No funds for a good lawyer right now! I'm stumped because I thought I was good to go with the extension but obviously I'm not and I don't want this thing to go to trial. What can I expect or what should I do?

First you need to retain an attorney...because at this point it doesn't sound good...if you go to court without one, you're probably going to be reemed out by the judge and possibly thrown out of ARD....up to you...but I recommend having an attorney present.
