Even if you do not go to jail if you are found or plead guilty it will follow you around and so it is essential to discuss the ramifications of any criminal matter with an attorney. An attorney may be able to negotiate a plea to disordery conduct which on paper seems significantly better than lewd harrassment. I offer free initial consultations.

Obviously what you are describing isn't "lewd" at all, and probably not harassment either.

You should immediately discuss this with an attorney, who will be able to evaluate the legitimacy of the charges against you and advise you on how to proceed.
