counterfit cashier checks
i sold some merchandise over the net they sent me cashier checks the bank cashed them and then told me the funds were available immediately, so i used the money to pay bills and other things now they are trying to charge me with 2 counts of forgery and recieving stolen properly i had no idea the cashier checks wer counterfit what is going to happen to me now?

You need to get a lawyer immediately. Since you unwittingly deposited the items, you could not have the mental state required to be convicted. I offer free consultations.
