Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

stalking/harrassement

My soon to be ex husband ,has his family memebers,friends and girlfriend driving thru my town all hours of the day and night spying on me. He has also enlisted his sisterinlaw to call bulding inspectors and building permit people and tried to cause trouble , also they impersonated the daughter of the of the elderly lady that lives with us. Whom is my boyfriends gram mother who is in poor health. All this is causing stress on her and her health is deminishing, along with my patienace and health. Is there anything i can do to keep him out of town which he has no need but 1 day a week ( to bring his kids back( to be here, and his other accomplises have no reasons to be in town. I am afraid they will try to take my 2 children.please help.

Well,you can't keep him out of town. He has a right to be there. But, depending on certain circumstances, you may be able to get a PFA to keep him away from you and to stop harassing you.

With regard to the calls to the government agencies, you should talk with the police. They may have violated the law by impersonating people, filing false reports, etc.

Your boyfriend's grandmother should do the same, and she could have an attorney send notice that she is to be left alone or further action could be taken.

You should also talk to the police about the possibility of them filing harassment and/or stalking charges.
