court costs

I had a criminal case in Harrisburg PA and I pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay court costs but was unable to get the money by the due date. they are now ordering me back to court. is there anyway for me to just pay the costs and avoid going back to court?

I'm not sure of what kind of case you are dealing with. If this was a summary offense and the punishment was a fine, that's different than if this was, for example, a DUI where you were sentenced to a period of probation. If it was a misdemeanor and there was a period of probation, you have committed a technical violation by not paying and you should get in touch with the probation officer assigned to your case. If it was a Summary Offense and you were fined, you should contact the office of the Magisterial District Judge that imposed the fine.
