All Drug Charge

I was convicted in 1994 with possession with intent to deliver, I did my time and since then I haven't been in trouble with the law, can I get this charges sponge? I am attending school for my associates degree in Business Management and would like to have my record clean

The short answer is NO. You can't get a felony expunged no matter how long ago it was.

However, it may be possible to get a Governor's Pardon. There is no guarantee and it takes some time, but that is the only way to remove the conviction from your record.
