Expunge
I have a felony from 2005 I'm wondering how i would go about getting my record expunged. It's a felony 2 Theft By Unlawful Taking. I don't have any other charges or any criminal backround. I have probation till Dec, 14th of this year.

You cannot expunge a felony conviction. The only way to erase it from your record is with a pardon from the Governor.
