Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my fiance and father of my child got into an altercation last year, and have been in court since. i dropped the p.f.a, but as for the criminal case, the district attorney put in that there is to be a no contact order. however, there was a stipulation, that it was to be no inappropriate, or abusive contact. so he is in jail right now for 3-6 months. i talked to his counselor about visiting him, and she said since that no contact order is in place, i am not permitted to go nor my son to go visit him. because they cannot risk us having inappropriate or abusive contact while he is incarcerated. so i was wondering if there is a way i could visit him, and how i would go about that.

What part of no contact do you not understand? This man abused you. There is NEVER any justification to such abuse ever.
