Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Meeting with treasury agent

I have been contacted by the trasury deprtment in reference to a ongoing criminal investigation. The agent has told me I am not the target of the investigation but a witness to something that relates to my 2003 and 2004 tax filings. He has asked to meet with me and is willing to come out to my house for such a meeting and I am wondering if it would be prudent to have legal representation for this meeting.

Martha Stewart went to jail for lying to the FBI. Anyone being questioned by the police for a reason they are unaware of ( They were robbed, beat up, in a car accident) should be represented by counsel.
