Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Problems with police, and processing

I was charged several months ago in a hit and run accident, and doing damage to another persons property. I have a chance to get ARD, and was also released on bail on my own recognisence. The district justice wanted to make sure I get fingerprinted, and I have been contacting the arresting state trooper to come in and get fingerprinted, but he never returns my calls. I even stopped by the station twice to get fingerprinted, but they turned me away because they did not have my paperwork. The trooper has the papers. I'm really worried because I'm trying to do the right thing, but if I do not get fingerprinted I could have my bail yanked. Please advise me on what I should do.

A letter to the DJ with a copy to the DA stating that you have attempted to comply but have been denied the opportunity should make things happen.
