Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

sexual molestation
i just found out a day ago that my daughters (ages 36 and 38) were sexually molested by my ex-husband their stepfather when they were ages 6 and 8 until they were about 9 and 11. They also found out that same day that they were both victims. One just started going to counseling for this terrible act/ What are the legalities for seeking charges against this person.

27 years later???????? Um, no. Not without some creativity on the part of the DA to say that the victims didn't know about it when they were 18.
