Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

sexual molestation
i just found out a day ago that my daughters (ages 36 and 38) were sexually molested by my ex-husband their stepfather when they were ages 6 and 8 until they were about 9 and 11. They also found out that same day that they were both victims. One just started going to counseling for this terrible act/ What are the legalities for seeking charges against this person.

There is a long statute of limitations but I think they are past it. Maybe someone more familiar with the statute can answer.
