4 years ago i got two dui's in the matter of a short period of time, they went on my record as two first offense dui's. i recently got another dui. Will that dui be considered my second on third offense in the commonwealth of pa. Im also leaning toward checking myself into rehab immediately and going to a half way house to better myself.
