DUI question

How much time will someone do for a first offense dui and not showing up for court charges? This person is currently incarcerated awaiting trial.

I think you just answered your own question...if a person decides to not appear for court, then that person will receive what's called a bench warrant and get to sit in jail until said warrant is lifted.

Retain an attorney before you spend serious time in jail. As for how much time "will someone do" for a 1st DUI, well that depends if they have any other priors and if anyone was injured and based on the BAC - Blood Alcohol Content of the arrested individual....in other words hire an attorney.
