Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

posting names in the News Papers after a DUI conviction

Is there a privacy act to prevent the local news papers from posting the names of convicted DUI offenders ? How can I keep my name out of the local news papers from posting my name if I am convicted of a DUI ?
