Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

question about underages and licences

hi my names--name removed--i am 23 right now... i got one underage when i was 19 in college then i got three when i was 20.... it says i cant get my licence back till 2009 and this happened in 2003... it soundslike its a little bit exageratted from what it really should be.. i was wondering does this sound normal..or should i look into this through penndott.. also after those years it will be 5 years so when i do get my licence back the insurance should be increased because of such a long time.

also is there anything i can do so i can drive.. im a graduate and i need to get around soon?

please help

Suck it up!

Do you realize that for every 1 DUI you received statistics show that you more than likely drove under the influence at least 100 additional time in which you were not caught, in other words your 4 DUIs means you probably drove drunk about 400 times.....you are lucky that PennDot will allow you to drive again let alone by 2009, you are lucky that you are alive, you are lucky you didn't kill someone....especially considering you did this while a.) underage, b.) within 4 years apart.

My recommendation to you is move to a city amd use mass transit, and suck it up, it's called responsibility, if you didn't want to lose your license, then you shouldn't have been such an idiot. If you didn't learn from the first 4 times, why should someone give you a chance now.

In life there is such a thing as consequences for our actions, congratulations, you now are an adult, and you probably might understand what that word means now, you are lucky no one was physically injured or killed from your actions, if that would have happened you would be in jail probably until you were 40. As a Criminal Defense attorney I believe most everyone deserves another chance...well I hate to tell you but you've run out of chances!
