Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I have a preliminary hearing for a DUI soon. The police report for the incident does not state a reason for the traffic stop. Only that I appeared intoxicated while operating the vehicle and that I failed field sobriety tests. My question is will this lack of information be enough to dismiss the charges against me? Also will the arresting officer be present at this hearing and will his verbal testimony hold the same weight as the police report itself. I also had blood taken but I do not know the results of that test. I tried to get in touch with my public defender about my concerns with no avail. Please assist in my dilemma. Thank you

Lack of information on the police report will likely not be the reason for a dismissal of your DUI charges.

The police officer will likely be at the hearing, and his testimony will hold tremendous weight with respect to your DUI case.

As for your blood test that information will become available usually at your preliminary hearing.

I would suggest hiring a good criminal defense attorney to help you out.
