Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have 50/50 custody of my daughter and recently found out that her mother is allowing her to go to her (mom) grandfather's home. The problem is that he has recently been arrested and charged for possession of child pornography and molestation of a minor (something that my ex chose not to inform me of). Can I keep my daughter away from her until she agrees to sever all contact with this man?

Not legally. First, I would ask if she would not expose the child until at least the charges are resolved. If she refuses then I would file a emergency custody petition.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me the initial consultation is free.

Time is a factor. You can make the request to not allow access, but by the time she gets back to you the damage could occur. You need "teeth" in the order. Her agreeing needs to be enforced. I would suggest taking immediate action.
