neglect of child

the mother of our son has been collecting support for seven months at the time she had primary,since then we got joint custody she signed a noterized letter saying she is giving me full custody she has not seen him in seven months she has had him for about 25 days this year i cant afford lawyers anymore how can i get her rights taken away what can i do?

You asked about child custody and support.

You can seek to modify the custody and support agreements. Support follows the child. If the mother does not have the child she should not get the support payments. The letter granting full custody should make this a relatively easy matter. You can see if the local legal clinic will represent you in this matter. Otherwise it will be necessary to hire an attorney to handle this, though it should not be too costly.
