Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i signed a notarized note for my someone to have temporary custody. when we got to the notary, she switched notes, i did not notcie until 3 or 4 weeks later. this note stated something different. this woman went and filled out papers for custody. we go to court on sept. 24, 2009. @ 46 s. 11th street rm 280. will i lose my child when we go to court?

I would require more information. What did your note say, versus the one you claim she switched to? You should file to confirm custody of your child, I do not know why you agreed that someone else would have temporary custody and why they agreed to take it. As a parent you would have priority in a custody case.
