Use of tape recordings
Can I use tape recordings to show how verbally and emotionally abusive my husband is to not only me, but my 3 children?

Pennsylvania has rather strange recording laws. Both parties must agree to the recording or one party must have given the other notice that they might be recorded. You should consult an attorney to ensure that your attempt to present evidence doesn't land you in jail. I offer free consultations.
