Garnishment of wages in Penna
can an out of state credit card company have wages garnished in Pa? name of card company is chase manhattan.
Can this credit card company send letters to my employer and can they call and talk to my employer on the phone to demand money?

Most collection firms and even some employers do not know the wage garnishment is not allowed in Pennsylvania. Also you have right under the FCCA which is a federal act that protects consumers.
