Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I was living with my gf in her apt, I was not on the lease, but gave her mony for rent and opened the cable bill in my name. after 2 months we broke up and I moved out, due to her having anger issues and sometimes being violent! I had to leave and had nowhere to go and am now living in a homless shelter for veterans, as I was in Afghanistan in 02! when I left she threatened to burn my things if I didnt pay her partial rent, she braught half of my stuf to me one month and the supposed other half the next month, and now she wants 800$ from me so she can break the lease and find somewhere cheaper because without my financial support she cant afford to stay in the apt. I told her I have to pay rent at the place where I am going to be moving to and cant stay at the homless shelter anymore! now that she knows she wont be recieving finances from me she is threatining to do "something" to me, and claiming revenge will be sweet, and Ill get what I deserve. she is not an american citizen and also is claiming that she will be back in england before I could do anything about whatever it is she has planned! what are my legal options? what responsibilities do I have to help her break the lease? and if she does do anything what actions do I have the ability to take against her if she actually causes me harm either monitary emotional, or physical? her father is from england but has his citizenship, and that is how she is able to be here in america on her green card! what advice can you give me? please! I am in the altoona PA area, but she and the apt is in Baltimore county Maryland!

I would see a lawyer Naryland, as that is where she is. You migh also want to go the police in the locality where she lives if any of her threats are in writing, as they may "terroristic threats" which are criminal violations. Again, even though yu live in PA, you will need a Maryland lawyer for advice.
