Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

building explosion

recently a construction co hit a gas line and the result was that our business was destroyed. the bank had the mortgage insured but we did not have any other ins.. The insurance was roughly equal to the valve of the building. Can we sue for neglegence or do we end up with nothing because of the ins?

Re: building explosion

You have a good claim for any loss you suffered. It will very difficult, if not impossible, for you to do this without hiring a lawyer. It will be a mistake for you to try to do it yourself. It is likely a lawyer will take this type of case on a percentage basis if you do not want to pay attorney fees upfront. Please feel free to contact my office if you need help finding the appropriate lawyer. Good luck!!
