insurance company offering unfair settlement amount
I have been getting a monthly disability check of $312.00 from a job I was at for 15 years since 1989. The insurance company is now offering me a settlement of $18,000.00 which is giving me a lifespan of approximately 12 more years..can you help me to get this amount raised? the lifespan for a woman is much higher ....this offer is an insult....
