I quit my job due to unsafe and unsanitary working conditions, also harrassment do I need to have a Lawyer to fight for unemployment?

The issue will be whether you had what the law calls a "necessitous and compelling" reason for quiting. You definitely should consult with a lawyer who does unemployment cases to determine whether you had a good enough reason for quitting at the time you quit and whether you did what a reasonable person would have done to preserve the employment relationship before quitting I find that too many claimants go to a lawyer AFTER losing before the referee.
