can you sue someone for taking your picture and using it to get you fired??

Maybe. It depends on the particular facts and whether you had a reasonable expectation of privacy. If you were in the workplace or a public place when the photograph was taken, you likely would not have a cause of action. If you were in your home, and the picture was taken surreptitiously, you might have a cause of action for invasion of your privacy.

It also depends on the behavior captured in the photo. The more the behavior deviates form accepted societal norms, the less likely it is that a judge or jury would have any sympathy for your cause of action.
