Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Must a demand for payment or quit be posted?

I have a tenant who has not paid the rent. I want to evict them. My question is, in Chester County Pa. must a demand for payment or quit be posted on the house? Or can it be sent certified mail? I have been on the web to several sites and have read differing answers to this question.

Post a demand so that you are covered and take all possible steps. Then file in the county. We can handle these cases. If you need counsel to handle the matter, contact our offices.
