Destructive children

I signed a lease with my daughter.Her children did a lot of damage to the place.It went well beyond the security deposit.I own my house.Can I be held responsible for the damages?

Depends on what the lease says. You may only be responsible for rent payments. That said I wouldn't be surprised if the landlord tries to come after you if your daughter doesn't make good on the damages.
