tenants drinking underage

We have tenants who rent our 3rd story attic with no written lease. They are under the age of 21 of whom we have found public photos online of with alcohol in hand in the home. Are we legally responsible and accountable for their underage drinking?

No you are NOT responsible for their underage drinking.

The question is why don't you have a written lease. Especially given the youth and lack of judgment shown by your tenants.
