Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pennsylvania

If a man is legally married in the state of pennsylvania but is living in the commonwealth state of delaware with another woman for two years is it legal? Can he be prosecuted ?

He can probably be prosecuted for bigamy if he has actually married this woman in Delaware. Common-law marriages are no longer legal in PA, and although I am not licensed in Deloaware, I doubt that Delaware recognizes common=law marriages. If he is simply living with another woman in Delaware and is not married to her, there is not much you can do but see a good divorce lawyer.
