Re: c-diff infection

Under Pa. law a healthcare provider, doctor, hosp, etc. can be held liable for discharging a patient with an active c-diff infection. Whether a potential death claim can or should be pursued depends upon facts you have not included. Please feel free to call our office 800 440-5297 and ask to speak to Dr Fleishman. He is one of the medical persons on our staff who conducts initial client interviews by telephone. If you provide us with further details we may be in a position to advise whether we can be of help. There is no charge unless we believe you have a meritorious claim to pursue. In that event we are paid on a contingent fee basis - No charge unless a recovery is made.
