Re: having a hard time with getting appt for daguhter

My first response is that you need to obtain the best medical care available for your daughter. The fact that you have obtained referrals to physicians that do not practice in the field needed by your daughter concerns me.

A failure to diagnose and/or inapprpriate referrals that result in a delay in treatment could lead to a medical malpractice case. The ultimate question is whether these delays caused harm to your daughter, and to what extent.

Please contact me so that we can discuss your daughters treatment and any possible lawsuit.

Your question did not indicate where you live. Attorneys in my office have handled medical malpractice claims in the five county area surrounding Philadelphia. Contact me to discuss how to proceed in this matter.
