Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

My vehicle was severely damaged by a hit and run driver who the police identified, but who has no insurance. I had only liability insurance. What recourse do I have?

The only thing you can do is sue the driver. If you win, you can notify PennDot that you have a judgment against the driver arising from a motor vehicle crash. Penndot will suspend the driver's license until the debt is paid.
