Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am under a contract selling my house in 3 weeks. Sudendly my agent told me that she could not find the original Power OF Attorney showing that I can sell my house without my husband being here in US. (He is working in China now and won't be able to come here soon). I have a copy of POA. Can I sell my house using the copy? What else I can do to sell my house on time?

If you give the original to the agent its in her best interest to find it. She won't get the commission.

I will assume you didn't file a copy of the POA at the court house.

Will the agent proceed if you give her a copy? Make a copy first.
