DID YOU HAVE A PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT THAT SPELLED ALL THIS OUT.

In reference to the deed you will have to have a deed drawn transfering your interest to your ex wife. unfortunately since you are no longer married and such time has passed there will be transfer tax due. Asd to the mortgage again unless something is spelled out in a property settlement agreement your nmae can only be removed from the mortgaage by your wife refinancing. As for other assests it is possible your name can be removed. This may not be the case for the debts. I would advise you review the situation with an attoreny before taking any action. Also have the property agreement reviewed if one was done.
