Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Learned a few months ago that we were being sued over the sale of our property. We are being accused of failure to make complete disclosure in the disclosure statement we me made to the buyer. Its been many months since we were served with the notice & have heard nothing further. Is there a time limit involved in this process. How long must we wait "in limbo" as to what if any further action is planned? thanks joe

Well did you answer the complaint? You had 20 days to do that. If you didn't you should have gotten a 10 day notice. After that the other side wins be default.
