Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I already lost my husband and would like to leave my home , which i own outright, to my grandson. he just turned 15 this year. i am having trouble trying to figure out what happens until he turns 18

That's a great question. Probably the best way is to setup a trust in your will for the benefit of your grandson, and name a trustee to take care of the property until your grandson is old enough to take ownership.
