Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Real Estate Sale and Liens

If you have co-signed a mortgage and the person you co-signed for is not paying on the mortgage can a lien be put on other property the co-signer owns? Could this hold up the sale of another property owned by the co-signer?
