Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Re-marriage

I'm divoced and in my settlement I was awared the house. If I re-marry will the house automatically go to my new husband if I die? I would like to leave the house and all my assets to my two daughters. Also on this same subject if the 2nd marriage broke up would my second husband be entitled to half my assets?

Re: Re-marriage

If you die you second husband will have a right to you estate. That is why it is important for you to have a will drafted by an attorney.
